This was done with Nashville SC in the West, there is a chance one or two players might have not wanted to join Nashville who would be happy to join New England in the East. This search was also done with the advanced database selected of ‘load all players’ from ‘USA’ as well as the scouting package of USA.

We hope you find a few of these within your save and find them useful! Here’s who you should sign in the MLS.

Some of these keepers are veterans of the MLS who have played their trade at a high level over the last few years. Some of them are at the tail end of their career but are still worth a go for just a season or two before moving on.

All the defenders in the list are either in their mid or late 20s so are guaranteed to be a vital part of your back line for at least a few seasons – a secure backline means a lot in MLS!

A mix of young and old, after all, you can’t win anything with kids, can you? Experienced veterans are essential in the MLS, they offer experience and most importantly, leadership. Dax McCarty may not be the best player to ever grace the field – but is a fantastic leader and should be right up there for your MLS journey.

Strikers

Scoring goals in the MLS is vital, the defences state-side aren’t always the best, so the more you can score, the better! Diego Rossi, at just 22, would be a star on your team, however, he may be poached by an European club if he continues to perform. A more steady bet would be Brian White, 24, who may only get you 8-10 goals a year but he would be a MLS-lifer.

In the above tables, we have provided 20 players to ensure you go on that MLS Cup run, we’d love to know if you sign any of these, and whether you get that MLS Cup victory! Get in touch with us on Twitter!
